Title: Anyone own a propane/gas mosquito trap?

Anyone own a propane/gas mosquito trap?  Something similar to the Coleman Mosquito Deleto?  Do they really work?

Mosquitos are really bad in my new neighborhood and I was thinking of picking one of these up while they are on winter sale.

A buddy of mine has one. It didn't seem to make a huge difference, but he got started a bit late in the season.
