Title: VMF-323 "Death Rattlers"

Howdy

I know some people that Ripsnort gave up CO VMF-323 and VMF-323 disband later, but I thought I could take up with VMF-323 and try to work again.  SO, If someone is disagree about this i'll shall change another squadron again and just let me know.

If your suggesting taking CO of it, or trying to bring it back, i say no, its got to much history with those fellas, to much greatness, it should be left as is

I would say that while many ex-Death Rattlers would be a little surprised to see the name in the MA again none would hold any great objections, after all it's only a name.  However, we (the ex-Death Rattlers) were talking about continuing to fly together in special events as VMF-323.  If your new squad has no interest in special events then be my guest to use the name in the Main Arena, however if you also want to fly in the Special Events Arena as the Death Rattlers then things could get confusing and I'd suggest picking a different VMF-xxx squad instead.

Rafe what happened with VF-84?
