could someone please explain in layman terms how to do the layering when makin skins,i also need to find US paint chips

First off, which graphics program you using?

Secondly, search for 'paint chips' using the search button.

IS THERE ONE THAT I SHOULD BE USING ?photoshop is what i been usin
 i did a search of the TE tread only came up with LW,raf
