Just thought I would share a picture of my oldest son riding his bike. Its a 2003 Suzuki GSXR 600. He put a carbon fiber pipe on it, a Power Commander, carbon fibre front fender, flush mount turn signals, Harris Rear Set, stainless brake lines, indiglo gauges, dont remember what else.
He had this photo taken by a friend using his Camera Phone, then emailed it to me.

Cool very nice ride, alway's liked the 600 class bikes alot of fun and make more sense for the open ride. Modifcations sound good, wish him all the best from me and the guys at Rosebank Road Speedway New Zealand.

Couple notes:
The picture was taken riding on a highway that is just being finished and wasn't officially opened yet. He found out on that highway that the top speed of his bike is 167 mph. (I just loved hearing that of course, that he was going that fast)
The "friend" who took that picture was another biker he met out there, they rode around a while, practiced "wheelies" and "stoppies", and a little later they guy mentioned that he was a local police officer. Startled my son to hear that. :)
His bike has already been stolen once, but it was recovered a day later, a half mile from the hotel it was stolen from. It had been pushed away, the thieves tried to hot wire the bike by digging out the ignition. They failed to get it running so they abandon it. Cost my son $115 for the tow the police had done to take it to their impound lot, and then another $200+ for ignition repair/replacement. They also scratched up the top of the triple tree, and he will be ordering a carbon fibre cover for that ($25).
None of that cost covered by insurance due to deductible.
He just returned to the Army base he is stationed at after a weekend road trip to visit his girlfriend. About 7 hrs riding each way. If I did 7 hrs on that bike, I wouldnt be able to walk for 3 days. :)
