Title: LOTR, who was the actor to play Aragorn?

I heard that they had cast a "big hollywood name" for him and they guy lasted less then two weeks before they canned him.

Anyone know who it was?

I saw on one of the DVD addons that it was going to be a British actor (never heard of him). I think he changed his mind at the last minute so they called up Viggo. From the pics I saw of the other guy they made a good choice in Viggo.
