Interesting comparison of the job market in Jan 2001 and Nov 2003

The interesting thing is, according to this, it appears there are more jobs today than when President Bush took over from former President Clinton. There also appears to be almost seven million more people in the job market, which may account for much of the increase in the rate of unemployment. In the same manner that Democrats in Congress called the Republican-driven reduction in the growth of certain government entitlements “cuts,” perhaps the 1.5 million (or 2.3, or 4.9, etc) “jobs lost” under President Bush are really a case of people entering the job market faster than new jobs are being created. Perhaps I’m reading this data wrong.

Bush had as much to do with it as Clinton, i.e. NONE.

The department of homland security would account for most of those jobs. VA hospital increases would like get the rest.

It's called sarcasm. You would understand it if your english was better, but alas you are from I'm-too-much-of-a-*****-to-admit-which-worthless-****hole-I-am-from-istan, and have little chance of comprehending my superior wit without intensive language training.

Can you give us a link to your "source"? or is this strictly opinion?

"and have little chance of comprehending my superior wit without intensive language training."
How many languages do you master tardling? As what goes with understanding sarcasm, the definition hardly is to repeat one sentence each time you disagree with something. You're not being sarcastic but repititive and dull. Superior wit :rofl
Can't blame you for not having good humour though.

Repetitive are the nattering nabobs of negativity who try to turn every bit of good news into doom for America. It gets a little old.

And the other way around, perhaps better natured, is any better??
I mean, how far can you really take the argument that jobs have not been lost in america?? All the talk of layoffs and the like are just from liberal media??
How is it different from Clinton bashing?? Taking good things, apply spin, and now they are bad things...

I'm not saying I'm any better. Nabobs are being repetitive, I'm being repetitive right back, just to be an ass. It may not be the most elegant form of debate, but it beats going ad hominem like Siaf and his ilk.
As far as Sabre's information on jobs, if you want to refute it, address the information he posted.
I don't know what Clinton has to do with this.
Just say no.

vv Funked.. I didnt mean 'you' persay... meant .... how far could 'one' take the argument............... meant to write like that but slipped....

I believe I pioneered the use of the term Shaitan. Grun is a wussy copycat.
