*They* were right. Humour doesn't travel well across oceans or international frontiers.

But... America exports plenty of good humour to Britain. The only thing is, they don't realise it's humour at the time they're exporting it. :rofl

THe only thing worth watching on TV was the Simpsons.  Now there is nothing.
