Title: Screenshots
Post by: Granger on September 25, 1999, 02:37:00 AM
Any chance of seeing some screenshots with multiple planes in them from different distances?
The ones I've seen look awesome up close, but am curious to see what they look like at range.

One thing with screenshots is they don't get overwritten the next time you start AH, like happens in WB if you forget to move them somewhere else.

If yesterday's last screenshot was ahss12.bmp, then the first one today will be ahss13.bmp, not restart at ahss0.bmp like WB does.

Mave at the ranges of the shots below, a dot is still a dot  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Besides you've only got a couple of days then you can get all the ranges you want in the privacy of your own home.

HT I see that screenshots are still unable to be opened with Photoshop - to be expected I suppose.

Had to use the WB method and batch convert bmp->bmp though PSP first.

Hmm...so the knights are reds..the rooks or bishops are frogs but what's the third colour in AH?

And: What country is that green con (fd-ski) flying for? I can't make that symbol out, is it a rook or a bishop?

Distances: Measured in yrds, feet or meters?

Sascha

It is yards.  Trust oz, you will notice a major improvement in overall ability to see anything, not to mention the zoom in feature...

RED and GREEN????  God!  20% of the male population has a Red/Green vision problem and they chose them as their primary colors.
