the celebrity fish got a cold and died yesterday here in norway
may his flippers flop playfully in fishy heaven
:(
-
Keiko (Willie) was a mammal!
jeeze... all that work teaching the world's children about the wonderous, idyillic existance of Orca in the freedom of the sea, and he gets a epitaph like that says he was a fish.
Jacque Cousteau is rolling over in his grave.

its all fish

Hope those marine biologists are happy with themselves. Should have kept the whale at Sea World.
I don't believe the hype about whales needing thousands of miles to swim around. Look at humans- We once roamed the African savannah, now we are happy sitting in an 8x10 room all day.
-
I think it was the public that wanted to release the fish, but it has employed alot of marne biologists.
-
sad:(
-
yup too bad, he woulda been better off in seaworld unaware of the real world as he was.
Golly-geen public opinion crap, if a wild animal been in safe heaven for awhile there is just a very small possiblility to survive.
-
Keiko was never at Sea World.

edit wrong post

Keiko provided an excellent opportunity for Marine Biologist to prove once again that every time they attempt to play God they kill everything.
Keiko was doomed from birth. He should have been left at the aquarium in Newport, Oregon. But, charming organizations like PETA and various biologists insisted they knew what was better for the whale. Oh well... I suppose some would say it was better the whale was dead than in a tank.

Hardly everytime Mini
J.J. the whale returns to her ocean home (http://www.cnn.com/EARTH/9803/31/whale.release/)
-
Remember, if you had a soul, you'd take your cat into the forest and leave it there. Return it to the wild.
-
We would have served the Animal Rights movement better had we ground up Keiko and canned him in collectable tins than we ever did by returning him to the wild.
-
:(
-
I saw him when he was in florence Oregon, just before he was shiped over seas. Sad but not unexpected. My theory is if you arn't going to eat it, leave it the hell alone.

So youre cat is a wild animal ?
The cats we know (the one we got home) is not used to take care of themselve as they would in the wilderness.
That is just a stupid way to try turn this off to somthing else.
What about youre dogs, let em out in the woods too ?
edit : I might misunderstood you was that sarcasm ? (I hope) :)

I don't know how whale would taste, but since they took the dolphins out of canned tuna it tastes real bland.
-
Probably fishy. Not at all like bald eagle.
