....working. Going as fast as I can home, so I can grab one and outfly SW :p
Take it easy guys and gals, as Darling says, no big deal. Only overused planes should be perked, IMO. I want an Arena as diversified as it can be. That's what perkies are all about (or should be).
Cheers,
Pepe.

Heheheh, take it as a literary license. Besides that, flying classes will cost me nothing :)

I just looked @ the kill to death ratio in the scores section. The stats??
F4U-C: 2.4147 kills/deaths
Fw-190 D-9: 1.4702 kills/deaths--the best non-perked plane!
La-7: 1.2706 kills/deaths
Ta-152 H-1: 2.2637 kills/deaths
Tempest: 3.6139 kills/deaths
N1K2-J: 1.2180 kills/deaths
I see no reason why the niki should be perked; these stats show that is beatable and is not the best plane!

Just build in the defects of the plane, like falling apart on takeoff and in midflight. My great uncle was a draftsman/engineer during ww2 in Japan, he said they lost many pilots into the sea with that plane due to structural failure, and many test pilots died in it. Was very common to crash on ferry flights to bases, usually at the end of runway or just past it.

High Kill ratios at Tempest and Ta152 are OK because when you take one of those beauties out for the ride in the sky-high you probably KNOW how to use them well... The problems with N1Ks is (as I think) somewhere else and not in its Kill ratio.

Once again those K/D stats I think are misleading. One can look at stats sooooooooo many different ways and there are many factors to consider. The K/D ratios should be taken with a grain of salt and are only one thing to consider in the whole schema of airplane usage/capability.
For instance, everyone calls the N1K the "dweeb" plane because a LOT of people fly it and many don't know how to. Many of the Spit and N1K pilots are newbies and are flying the best plane for a beginner. Just look at how many Spits and N1Ks you see flying around. There's plenty to shoot down.
