All American mass produced beer is teh sUCK. Not sure why anyone even drinks. I really enjoy Coors light. It's like a race between the hangover and the buzz. Can you drink enough of it fast enough to get a buzz before the hangover headache kicks in? Most of the time the headache wins.

Guiness and Paulaner is about all I drink.

I hear you on the headache/buzz race. I can get a buzz off that crap but it requires drinking at such a rate that I am going to the bathroom every 15 minutes.
For American mass beer, Shiner Bock, Leinenkugel are not too bad. Paulaner Oktoberfest kicks ass. I wish I could find it in minikegs.

König Ludwig Dunkel (King Ludwig Dark) is only brewed in Bavaria. Brought some home during my last visit... I'd like to get some more. Gonna check and see if you can buy some online.

MGD was considered the good stuff when we were military and on a shoestring budget. Budweiser as the standard and Schaefer if you were broke.

Agreed. But Miller light in a frosty mug works quite well.

I can see some influence from the Nissan 350ZX. I know MG was bought out - was it by Nissan? For some reason I was thinking it was Honda/Acura but I could be wrong.

It was a 'secret' British project kicked off while Rover was under BMW ownership - and when they got rid of Rover, it was announced as an MG venture. :) Some say BMW management had no knowledge of how far the project had advanced.

Completely fibre glass body and no frills - very quick.

Powered by a 4.6 litre V8 (well tested Rover racing engine?). Apparently it handles like a dream too. Very TVR-like IMO, but more expensive. Probably not as reliable (!), but who cares. ;)

Guiness is a little too chewy for me. Although I did try Cooper's Extra Stout(from Australia) the other night, and that was good.

Can't believe you don't like Newcastle. That hurt!

No arguing that single malt is the elixir of life but I find tolerance for all beverages. You really should try to be more open minded. ;)
