Title: Can someone shrink this down

I'd like to switch this to my avatar - it needs to be 64x64 and less then 70k. Its just over the 70k limit - and i'm not sure on how to shrink it down. Can anyone shrink it or tell me how to?

I have alot of animated gifs that are a slight to big by 1 pixel bothe ways.. what program would you use to edit them

I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0   Just enter the pixels and there you have it!

thanks had a copy of PS 7 hiding on a disk i had a while ago.. and used the animation part and it worked fine..
