Title: National defense plans - for your eyes only

The US national defense plans are here (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=542&ncid=718&e=10&u=/ap/20031215/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/old_war_plans).  I would think they, along with other documents mentioned, would be very interesting reading, particularly those who remember the Cuban missile crisis.
