Title: GV Spawn Bug V55

AT V55 if you spawn SE (I was using Tiger the three times I tried) Your tank becomes invisible and you will get the tank rolling sound that increases more and more in pitch till it goes out of range (though you are not really moving).  You then cannot exit the vehicle and have to Alt-F4.
