Title: Initialization Failed

Helped a friend install AH. When we tried to run AH, we got this message "Initialization Failed - 5 Failed - SN - 2" Anyone have a idea what this is or what caused it!

I did a search and found another post with the same problem. It's the sound card! Will try to fix it tomorrow.

It may just be the version of DirectX they have installed as well.  Try updating DirectX.
