Wtf is French Vanilla ???


hmm after thinking a bit it's perhaps  "Vanille Tahitienne" or "Vanille Bourbon" ...

^"French Vanilla" differs from pure-white "Plain Vanilla" in that it has a more yellowish tint to it, presumably because it is higher in butter-fat content.  

"French Vanilla" supposedly is more "rich" in flavor.

The name fits.....
