Title: External DVD player/recorder for my laptop

Hello

Im thinking of getting an external dvd for my laptop. How fast does my laptop need to be to use it?

Im thinking about getting:

NEC DVD-burner IDE ND-1300A

Zynet CD/DVD-cabinet for 5¼" IDE - aluminium, USB 2.0/Firewire

Billionton CardBus FireWire 2P - 32-bit TI chip, 4/6-pin with dongle

My puter specs are:

P3M 866mhz
384mb ram
Win XP pro
and of course...cardbus PCMCIA slot.

Would this work fine?
