Title: ground vehicle bounce reverse to bounce like airplanes overspeeding

more realistic. the vehicle can be shaking all around you but your view would be still stabilized though your head would be moving w the vehicle the horizon would not bob up and down so drastically

That'd be awesome.  Would have the desired effect (still not being able to aim), but wouldn't make anyone sick like the current bounce does.
