i cant just seem to figure out how to get a  amp that i made onto aces high for me to use......... could some one help me??

Just move your terrain .res file into the HTC/Aces High/terrains folder. Then when you start AH (offline) go to setup --> load terrain and select the terrain you want from the pull down list.
