Title: More manned ack in AH2

I think we need manned German quad 20mm flak batteries in addition to the single 37mm we have now. Its ewntirely too easy to drop all the aaa at a base so that withion a few seconds of an attack all the aaa is down and enemy figters can circle the field at will at low altitude.

It's a bit early to say for sure, but I think the ack is a bit different in AH2 - I see the tracers firing very fast, unlike the slow 37mm fire we see in AH1, which gives me the suspicion that they might be either .50s or 20mms.
