Obviously not, but I am surprised that the religious right hasn't tried to score on this one.

didnt they do the same thing about jim mcman wearing his sweat bands on the side lines?,,,hehe,,i think they take that stuff to far

but if your playing in nfl you got to go by there rules or pay the price,,lol

Maybe someone will show up that will make more of an issue of this than you have MT.  Hold out for that scapegoat.

NFL is pretty consistent about this stuff.  You wear the official logos or else.  I suppose players could challenge the league rules on grounds of free speech, but the rules are part of the league's merchandising system which makes a crapload of money for the owners and the players, so I don't see it happening.

Kitna actually had a great year on the field.  The question is, will the Bengals let the $6 million Palmer earn his keep by holding a clipboard again next year :).
