Near the end of the war rations for both civilians and military were getting short. Many resorted to hunting the local wildlife. Well, as you may think game became scarcer as time went on.

This is a expermental 40mm shotgun huntung tank used to hunt high flying birds near the front. This is the second version as noted by the pistol ports in the rear of the cab.
