I was looking at my stats on the scoring page ( I know, I know) and I noticed that its not accurate. I landed an 8 kill sortie in a Temp the other day and its not recorded.  I had fighter selected but it only shows 3 kills for the tour. All 8 kills were GVs. Do these not count?

No. GV kills while in fighter mode actualy hurt your score, they dont count as kills for rank, but are recorded in the overll expanded kill chart thing. If you want to kill anything always go in Atack mode and make shure you blow up some ground object as well on that sortie, that is if your playing for rnak, or in a rank conshious maner.

I was actually seeing if my shooting% was getting any better and noticed I only had 3 kills in a fighter.That and score potatoing:D

One thing that I am not entierly clear on, though slash I beleave this to be true, if you shoot at any thing other than an enemy plane while in fighter mode it will pork your hit %, for all intensive pourposes it is considered a miss thats why it porks your fighter score to do so. Always better to die ack in atack mode for example.

It is kinda, in some ways it realy emphises better game play but in others it enchorages things like vulching, prety much from the get go in AH I always played for rank it made the game more interesting for me, now I prety much play in a rank conshious maner, that is I dont do things that will pork my rank but I dont pursue it the way I used to either.
