Title: Graphics stutter while typing in the message box

I didn't see a thread on this recently, so thought I'd bring it up.  I notice that my graphics stutter with each keystroke when typing in the message box.

I get a "freeze" each time I bring the message box up also as well as when typing.   The stutter when planes first get close is back for me also.


P4-2.8ghz
1GB RAM
ATI 9800 Pro
Audigy 2
WinXP SP1

no prob on my end.  seems the ati guys are having a tougher time that the nvidia guys.
