Steak-ums!

Around $5 a box.

Basically just a flat square a beef.  I tear it up into little chunks and make Philly Cheese steaks out of em.

Tear them apart, put em in the frying pan, and wait until its fully cooked.  Then put the meat on a sub bun and add some cheese, then viola!

Takes at most 10 minutes to make, and they taste not half bad!

This can be used to get yourself out of a sticky situation when more than mac and cheese is needed (which everyone else cant get through their minds!)

Stromboli!!!!!

Take some bread, not sandwich bread but more of a pita bread, then place it on the plate or whatever you use.  Put a layer of pizza sauce on the bottom layer.  Add some cheese, monzarrella (Spelled wrong, but you get it right?) works best.  Add a layer of topings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, or sausage.  Then, add another layer of  pizza sauce and put another pita bread on top.  Bake it in the oven for a few minutes or if you want it fast put it in the microwave until it gets warm in the middle.

Tastes pretty good and takes maybe 20 minutes at most.

Another great one is to make home-made buffalo wings.

This one takes a while, but they taste great if you do it correct.

Take some chicken drumsticks, the little ones, and thaw them out.  Get some buffalo wing sauce, I use Texas Pete, or Hooters Hot Wing sauce.  Put the chicken into a large dish, not sure what its called but heres what it looks like.  Its a large, round pot looking thing, with walls and MAKE SURE IT HAS A LID!

Put the wings into the dish and pour some sauce over them.  Turn it on and fry them.  Its gonna pop and sizzle a LOT.  They are done after about 5-10 minutes.

I'm not sure exactly how to do this, so it would require a little research, but this is the basic idea.

Italian Pasta Dish

Box of round noodles, small-ish, large amount of them.
Tomato sauce
Italian Sausage
Cheese, and quite a bit of it.

Take a baking dish, about 15" by 12", and put a layer of noodles on the bottom.  Then, add a layer of cheese.  Put another layer on top of the cheese, except with the tomato sauce.  Add a layer of Italian Sausage next.  Then add more Noodles on top of the sausage.  Add cheese on top of those noodles.  Then, add a little more Italian Sausage.

Bake in the oven until sausage is completely cooked, and serve.

I'm not the best cook, but it helps if you know what I'm talking about.  You probably can't make it with this limited description, but maybe with a little looking into it you can make it at a later date.

Easy tuna casserole:

Make macaroni & cheese, from the box like normal.  When it's done, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of tunafish, drained.  Mix it into the pan of macaroni & cheese and apply some heat.  You may wish to add a splash of milk too.

When its all hot, you can serve as is or put it into a pre-heated oven with either some cheese or bread crumbs sprinkled on the top for presentation, heat till done.

An extension to the buffalo wings:

EXTREMELY HOT buffalo style wings, but it does take quite a while to make them...

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 cup chili sauce "Sriracha HOT chili sauce" (Chinese chili sauce)
3 tbsp. soya sauce
2 lg. minced cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. red pepper flakes (optional - for appearance)
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (90 HU or hotter)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients other than chicken wings listed above together and let sit, refrigerated, overnight.  Take your chicken wings and
soak in half of the sauce for 6+ hours.  I let mine marinate overnight.  Bake wings for * an hour at 350 degrees.  Take remaining sauce, pour over wings and bake for another 35-45 minutes.

ENJOY..  Have plenty of cold milk within reach!!! (I've noticed milk drowns out the burn the best)

my rib recipe
6lbs of ribs
1 bottle Jack Daniels smoke house grill sauce
1 bottle Jack Daniels hickory suace
2 ohopped onions
soy sauce
jar of honey

mix all the above together in a big pot, only a touch of soy sauce though, (make sure you dont use all the bbq sauce though, put some in a bowl for baisting.  Boil the ribs in the sauce for 45 min to 1 hour.  The meat should almost be falling off the bone.  Than remove the ribs and grill them for 10 min constantly basting and turning.   DONT BURN THEM THEY HAVE SAUCE ON THEM.  Serve and enjoy

I saw in the store the other day an instand ribs package, with ribs already cooked and marinated, all you have to do is pop em in the oven for a short while.

They're actually not half bad, but the sauce was a little sweet for my taste.  May wanna give that a look into.

10-12 Large Shrimp
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Wild Rice
Lemon Juice
White Cooking Wine
Flour
1 Egg
Cooking Oil, preferably Olive
Shredded Asiago Cheese
Parmesan Cheese*
Corn Starch
Water

Cook Rice and set aside.

Grab a Bowl and crack an egg into it, Grab a plate and place a good amount of flour on it.

One at a time dip the Chicken Breasts into the egg, and then place in flour plate and flip until covered completely, Feel free to add spices to flour.

Grab a large Sautee Pan, Pour enough oil into the pan to cook at least one side of the chicken breast. Let Oil warm up first or you'll have a big mess. Cook until browned, Be cafreful not to burn.

Once chicken breasts are browned grab another Sautee pan or wash the first one. Mix White wine and Lemon juice till desired taste and let simmer. Peel and clean Shrimp, Add Shrimp to Pan.

Cook Shrimp thouroghly, and remove. If your Skillet is large enough you can leave them in. Add Chicken and cook on high heat, Cook until Chicken is cooked thouroghly, it wont take long because youve already panned fried it. Mix a few table spoons of corn starch with a little bit of water, add mixture to pan. Stir with spatula or spoon, in a few minutes you'll have a thick  Lemony sauce. (If Corn Starch and water sounds too hard, add flour, but be prepared for clumps). *Parmesan Cheese will also bring about this effect too and I reccomend using it, but use it sparingly, You dont want your guests to not be able to crap for a week.

Remove Chicken from Pan and place on top of Wild Rice. Evenly Place Shrimp on top and dust with Asiago Cheese.

Technically serves Four, but better four two.

Please excuse the lack of measurements,I used to cook in a busy Pittsburgh Restuarant, I created this while trying to come up with a Meal for the employees that they were allowed to have. The employee version didnt have shrimp, but I always added it to mine, when no one was looking. :D Personally I never thought I could cook, but all the employees and even the management loved it We even served it with Asparagus and a baked potato as a Dinner Special for around 20 bucks.

They Dubbed it:

Will's Lemon Chicken

You could always tell by looking at the kitchen crew when we made ribs, we were drunk as hell and covered with rib sauce.
