What songs do you guys work out to? I've got a lot of Techno, Disturbed, good ole angry music - but Im drawing a blank on some of the good quality "fuel me to run forever" music.
HELP! :)

Madonna - when I'm flexing in the mirror admiring my oiled down bod, I like to hear the song "Like a virgin".
If you want real music (techno?! what the **** do you do when working out - take ecstasy and start giving massages to other dudes?!) try Snot. They only have one CD.
Metallica - Kill 'em all, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, ...And Justice for all, and the black album (Metallica album) are great too.
Misfits, Megadeth, Iron Maiden.

Eat me bastige! Techno is for running, metal/rap for lifting!
How you doing :) Hows MD treating you these days??
Nim
PS
I like Korn and Manson too.

Nimitz it sounds like you are more into "Music to get prison raped to".
When I get my exercise there is usually a 70's porn soundtrack playing.

Been doing alright, looking for a new job right now. After four and a half years of commuting to both school and work, UMD was another hour of commuting added to the hour I was already traveling, I have decided that recieving an enema from a fire truck would be more worthwhile than dealing with that crap.
Otherwise, its pretty much the same ol' ****. Go to bars with the guys, get hammered, get kicked out, repeat. Good times!
What've you been up to? Making the big bucks now?
Manson is pretty good too. The Beautiful People is one of his best songs.

I'm not a big fan of "Techno", but if you listen to it while you run try fast techno (Drum and Bass or House).
There are plenty of Different types so when you say Techno, It really leaves me drawing a blank. I own one House CD, Mr Dibbs Vol 1. He fuses a lot of Old School Rap with harder beats, theres also some Black Sabbath on it, Once again I'm not a big fan but I can listen to this CD wherever I go.

Yeah, Drum n Bass would do the trick for a runner. I've tried trance, but it seems to lack any "drive" to it. Makes me want to stop running and fall asleep some times. There are thousands of artists/mixers out there, but the mixes aren't very consistent and sometimes have lulls between good parts.
Might I suggest finding some internet streaming radio for Drum N Base, Progressive, or maybe hard trance? Then rip it using StreamRipper (http://streamripper.sourceforge.net/index.php), the burn (or throw it on MP3 player).
http://www.digitallyimported.com USED to have 128bit streams for free. Those are pay to play now and they offer 96bit for free. Not that big of a loss. MP3.com also had a MASSIVE dump of electronic music (as well as almost all other genres). It was like gigantic music forum with many great amateur and not-well-known or beginning artists. But it changed ownership in December and are trashing everything that was previously held in their records.
Other than di.com, check out Shoutcast.com (a service of Winamp) for high quality, rippable radio (including rock, metal, classic rock, or whatever you want).
If possible, look for John Digweed. He has some rather nice work in the electronic department. Another song I just got tonight is called "Power Up" by someone called "Space Cat." It's got the "drive" you're looking for and it sounds great when ya blast the volume. Kinda strange actually
