Title: Hit in water seems like hit on the ground

When you shoot with a 8" or anything else in the water, it will look like you've shot on the ground. (no explosion, looks like hit with machine gun/cannon on ground)

i just shot at the water and the cv :) water strikes produces well what do you call it, shells hit water.  firing on cv cool coloful explosion.
