Title: CTD bug in dogfights

Ecs K7S5A   1.3ghz AMD
512 ram
GF2 mx 400 64mb 30.82 drivers, DX 9.0b 800x600, 16bit /32bit
Win 98 se sp1
733 kbps DSL connect 87-91 ms pingtime
Ok Ver 1.999 has fair frame rates 25-35fps most of the time .

my problem is while in dogfights or just merging with enemy aircraft if I end up CTD  .. i have no idea whats causing this .

also is anyone else having this problem ???

AC tested Spit 5 and spit 9    it ctd in bolth everytime so far .

CTD =  Crash to desktop
