ty Roscoroo!!  thats a great start!

I have a friend hooking his HD tv up to a new computer we built.. Hes gettin an adapter from ATI that will break the DVI connect on the back of the Vid card out to 3 component connects for HD signal..  Hes only able to size his desktop right now at 800x600 (damn tvs) and we are trying to get a higher resolution out of it.. hehe Thanks for the help!

Ask Davenrino   he's the one that has his big screen set up for gamming .

I know most  videocards try to display in 800x600 on a tv for computer display . i dont have a lcd tv  to tune mine with but i did get it to work half way decent on a reg crt type tv

(it still didnt fill up the whole screen without some distortion)
