Title: Can anyone tell me what these are on a Me-262?

On the left hand side of the rear fuselage (by the luftwaffe cross), are 4 small round holes mounted in pairs in kinda an oval plastic thing.  Anyone know what they are for?

Those holes are signal flare ejectors.  They could be triggered by the pilot to communicate the condition of the airplane or pilot prior to landing.
