How do I open it? Just the bottom screws, or also the stick's?
Anything out of the ordinary to clean the pots properly?

Is it still under warenty?

Just got an RMA for returning my Pro Throttle and it's a little over a year old.

CH may be of help but???

Think the pots you wanna clean are in the base and part of the gimble assembly.  4 screws Under the rubber plugs on the base.  Remove all 4 plugs to get at screws?  Stick on type rubber plugs so don't know if they go back on easy or not.

Haven't done it myself but know someone that does it regularly and he seemed to have no problems.  Said he cleans the pots every 6 months or so and replaces em as needed.

CH also sells new pots at a fairly good price!

There are 8 screws, 4 hidden under the little rubber feet

Thanks Shamus I was lookin at an my older CH Throttle and should have looked at the base of my F16.

Wish someone had schematic's of the different game controllers some where.
