Re: AP Newswire - WMD Found in Iraq
More to come, watch your FOX NEWS!!!!
US soldiers have found massive amounts of WMDs in Iraq, just as we were promised. According to news reports, no joke, they've found all of this stuff:
-Millions of gallons of Hydrogen Hydroxide! This chemical weapon, when inhaled, prevents people from absorbing oxygen properly through the lungs and causes a terrible death not unlike drowning.
-Tons of Sodium Chloride! This chemical weapon is capable of killing people by actually making their blood burst out of their veins. NASTY!
-Millions of chunks of Depleted Uranium! Saddam has apparently been stockpiling this deadly substance all over Iraq since 1991. It has been found in many military and 'civilian' sites targeted by coalition forces. Exposure to this substance can cause deadly tumors and Iraq has enough to injure thousands of Americans with plenty left over to spare. Barbaric! -
Iraq has been discovered to be a major source of Silicon Dioxide! In the hands of terrorists, this insidious WMD can destroy the innards of every piece of American high-tech weaponry. It can also be concealed in foodstuffs, rendering a victim's dentition useless, possibly leading to a slow death by starvation. Sickening!

That sneaky dictator, finally the thruth ! Thank you Mr Bush, how could I doubt you ?
-
Someone post a credible source ASAP please.
The only thing on the major news websites is:
OMG!!111 DETH TOLE REECHS 500 TRUPES!!!11
This would be fantastic news if true.
-
Depleted Uranium doesn't surprise me at all....the things are easy to get, especially after Gulf war 1.
Not surprised with Sodium Chloride either, Iraq has coastline places where it could be produced rather easily if funded by government or dictator like Saddam.
Silicon dioxide is not new too. Sadly, Iraq isn't the only country proven to have it. At least invasion of Iraq was a step in right direction. If only other countries holding this weapon would learn anything from this.
But Hydrogen hydroxide really surprises me. To have it produced in a country short on water ? Remember, production of hydrogen hydroxide requires water at least in 1:1 ratio. And in country lacking water resources as Iraq, producing it for military purposes is a crime of its own.

lol, funny stuff :D

Funny stuff, you say, Fishu ? Those soldiers payed with their lives for this, you know ? So don't joke about it, please !

Tisk, tisk. He can make fun of them because they are American troops.
The moment we applaude the death of mass murdering terrorists, weve crossed the line...

What? this thread isn't sarcasm?
"millions of chunks of depleted uranium.." :rofl
-
Doesnt seem so hard to believe to me... all he would have to do is collect it after the '91 war.
-
Nothing so far in the news here in germany.
-
My gosh, the fish here are so easy to catch...
-
lol are they :)
-
I'd say he should get a taste of his own medicine.
Give Saddam some of his Hydrogen hydroxide. Put some Sodium chloride in his food. Throw some silicon dioxide into his face !
he deserves it !
-
I dont buy it post a link. I'm watching the news right now and they havnt said a thing about it What kind of lures do you like when you troll?
-
nice thread, for guys who dont know english chemical names its a troll.
millions of chunks of "depleated urainium"= spent american prjectiles.
sodium cloride -table salt
funny joke how many dead young soldiers today?orphans knowing daddy as a old photo?
millions spent on arms? fuel? bribes to get the little national cooperation we have?lost honor havin to beg for help from the un?
so funny but i for one am not laughin.

All right you liberal ! But you still haven't explained Hydrogen hydroxide and Silicon dioxide ?
Where's your Hillary now ? ;)
-
Isn't Silicon Dioxide sand?
-
3 down 1 to go, you liberals ;)
the most dangerous of them all still remains a mystery
-
mlars, please dont be a donkeys ass.
Maintain some level of dignity for your liberal BBS brothers to strive for.

I can't believe you guys fell for this!
Hydrogen hydroxide is also known as dihydrogen monoxide or H2O ---> water. :lol

I recognized the contents immediately.. funny :D

I know you did, but we don't want to chase away the fish, eh ? ;)

silicon dioxide is what they put in latex paint.

Hydrogen Hydroxide: used in biological and chemical weapons manufacture.

LOL....like tossing dynamite into a lake...the fishing's great, but the beer is getting warm....time to head back to the launch ramp.
-
hydrogen hydroxide = HOH = H2O = water for anyone still wondering =] (i hope not anyway)

Who'd a thunk it? We coulda been attacked by a pile of SALT?

nice fishing, you went beyond he troll, and straight to the drift net.

Hydrogen Hydroxide = H20? Ummm.... no.
Hydrogen Hydroxide \Hy*drox"ide\, n. [Hydro-, 2 + oxide.] (Chem.)
A hydrate; a substance containing hydrogen and oxygen, made by combining water with an oxide, and yielding water by elimination. The hydroxides are regarded as compounds of hydroxyl, united usually with basic element or radical; as, calcium hydroxide ethyl hydroxide
Learn your chemistry before you think it's just water. :)

er make him go blonde, add salt to his food and kick sand in his face?

sounds like BS to me to joke about it when people are being killed daily in Iraq to search for WMD wheather Bush is a dumbarse or not i fully support the troops who are giving their lives because of it...
-
you'll probably get 400 posts arguing who sold the Iraqi's their sand...

lol nice to see who you caught there Mr Lars. :)
-
it's great, wow
-
By the way it is Dihydrogenated oxide, not Hydrogen Hydroxide. Didn't you take basic life Science in skool???? ;)

The chemical compound silicon dioxide, also known as silica is the naturally occurring oxide of silicon, chemical formula SiO2.
It is found in nature in several forms, including sand and quartz and is also a major constituent of many minerals, including flint.
It is also manufactured in several forms including glass (in colorless high purity form called fused silica) and silica gel. It is a major ingredient of Portland cement.
Inhaling silica dust can lead to silicosis.
:D

i would like to point out i really do love marines. as a squid and a student of history that somone has to get off the boat and get shot at. befor the marines guess who it was. god bless the marine corps.

as Marines we don't claim to be smart.
as Marines we do as we are told. we do not question unless it is illegal, immoral, or unethical. sometimes we can waive the immoral.
as Marines we dont ask for anything in return execpt a little respect and some more ammo.
when you use the word Marine address it as you would a title, we are a proud bunch and take it very seriously.
thank you

SiO2 can have the form of sand, but to call sand SiO2 is completely wrong. It's equivelant of calling all aqueous solutions water.
