Title: Dumb computer question 3!!!

Hey guys...

Need some help again.

If I want to see what prgrams are running in the backround on my computer, I press Ctrl-alt-Del. But when I do this, I get a list of processes and do not know which program most of these correlate to and therefore do not know which ones to end.

How do I see the programs names that are running and not SVCHOST. EXE and IEEXPLORE.EXE etc.

I'm running XP, Btw

Compare them with those on this list:
