Does anyone have information about P-47D-30 'balls out' Serial number 433813 with plane identification G9-L?

Quick look shows that it would have been from the 509th Fighter Squadron, 405th Fighter Group, 9th Air Force.

P-47D-30-RA 44-33813 "Balls Out" flown by Lt.Milt Thompson, 509st FS/405th FG, Ophoven (Y-32), early 1945

Squadron markings were a red nose, red canopy frame, red wing tips and red ID band on the tail.
