I was online this morning to fly a little before going to work, AH is normally a 'night time' thingy for me. I was amazed to see the low skill level on around 9am central time (I've seen COORS on in the mornings paddin his score no less). Like I said my 'normal' flying time is prime time U.S. so there is always a mix but WOW, morning time is training time. As an example I went over to A2 a nice 6.5k large Bish airfield and there were 2 bogeys down low. 1 was a pony and the other was a forkie, said forkie was trying to fly formation with pony boy. After dropping forkie (busdriver) pony boy almost augered he was so supprised. On pass 2 I got pony boy (cuda1) and proceeded to wait for said forkie to grab a little alt and get away from his ack. I again got forkie and then poney boy, and waited still for poney boy to try one more time. On my way home I got a 190 who was on cruise control. After landing my 6 I upped in a silly spitty and got a proxy kill on cuda1 as he augered while I took off. Now i'm not saying there are not any experienced flyers up at that time but I felt like I was clubbing baby seals. Is this really the AH world outside of prime time? just wondering what others thought. :aok

Smart old pilots fly "dawn Patrol" while everyone else is working. :)

You met with 2 pilots only. About 0.5% of the people loged in at that time?

3... some dolt (see any family resemblence) in a 190 on criuse control. Did you actually read that before you spent time to reply?

That does make a tremendous difference.

My bad, I though the guy that was on criuse control did not count. You must be really good if you got him also. Did you get any C47s also?

Did you get any C47s also?
Is that a simple question or a loaded one... you seem to prefer the latter. ;)

Just playing. You asked if I read your post before I replied. That looked kind of loaded also :D

"dawn Patrol"
Never thought of it that way... but for me its only once in a blue moon I get to go to the 'playground'. :)

I work nights so sometimes I would do the 'Dawn Patrol' flight when I came home. Its only worthwhile on the small maps however, the large maps completely ruin any chance of finding more than 2 planes flying together.
I wish the MA would change to a small map during the day for this purpose.
