to often carrier fights go un noticed and ships pass with one side or both being unaware of the potential sea battle.
request that task groups flash when within a specified milage of an enemy fleet..
somthing far perhaps when a fleet is within visual range on the horizon? 25 miles or whatever?

How about autofire also, how about autopilot for a/c with autofire, how about cruise control for tanks with autofire, how about autopilot with autofindenemy/autofire, how about gyroscopic sights for the a/c guns, heck how about just jdams,sidewinders, & umm aamrams. How about forget the human input and just have all the computers fight against themselves and we can stare at the screen and just watch, I'd have to say this game is already containing too much auto this auto that show me this show me that

AmRamM must fail to notice that the bases already flash when enemy comes near it, now why should a CV be any different?
I don't play AH anymore, but plan to in the future, but come on man. That has got to be either a misunderstanding or a total troll.

Good idea, Citabria. Would enhance game play as flashing land base icons do.

Fleets do flash when other fleets are near, don't they (when within the specified Boat Warning Range)?

I don't know. Maybe it's just that the BWR is set too small in the MA? It's hard to tell, but I don't know if I've ever seen a CV blink because an enemy CV was within gun range, without also having a plane in the air.

no they currently do not flash unless a player launches or flies near an enemy cv

How about drones fire automatically at enemys? :lol
