Title: request carriers respawn to country owning port after 2 hours or so

for gameplays sake to keep the cv drivers from removing carriers from play please make an option for carriers to respawn to the country that owns their ports after a specified number of hours.

How about after n hours with no contact with an enemy, they make a beeline for the nearest enemy base (if possible)?

Or maybe they show up on the enemy's map?
