Title: I love it, but a few problems.

I really dont get low frame rates, just at random point, it drops down to 1, and it freezes any where from 5 to 15 seconds, and then continues.  I have a P2 350 MHZ, 256MB SDram. And a ATI Rage 128 (I hate that missing texture bug, ATI wont give me the old driver that works good with this game, I had to reset my H2H servrr 5 times last night because of it)

 Other than that my only problem is, how do I use the rockets on the PT boat?

I think I read you have to use the "bomb doors" command to extend the launchers...

PT boat is pretty cool  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)  Can't get the Avenger off the deck with a torpedo and half fuel tho  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/frown.gif)  Guess it needs the 20-knot headwind from the boat being underway?

yeah, I know how to open up the rockets, but, how do I fire them? Is it a h2h problem..or what?

Not sure but I heard the PT boat rockets are pending a fix and do not work right now.
