Title: Skin problem help hitech

Followed the instructions made the second folder saved my new DUDE1.bmp and the p51d.txt. I then select it in the hanger and the game closes back to the desktop. I also created the .htx file.
I did edit the pilot in photoshop and saved it as a .bmp.

I also tried this w/ a spit same result...:(

Any ideas ?

The htx was only for v11 work around no longer need it with p12.

Make sure bmp is 256 color and same size as original.

try delete skin directory from AH2\cache\p51d

It wasnt saved as a 256 color bmp..

Any ideas on why when i zoom in full that the pilot dissapears ?

I am useing the [ ] for the zoom

It switches to the low LOD.
