Sort of...it was an experiment for onboard camera's that record accidents, similiar to the black box device for autos, but this one films it. They chose specific candidates for the experiment:
~Overweight fat guy
~Prone to accidents, usually falling asleep at the wheel due to diet.
~Ate at McDonalds more than once a week
~Addicted pornography, a minimum of twice a day masterbation.
~Raider fan
~Drove a Vulva or similiar station wagon with state of the art seat belts but no airbags.
~Automobile was equipped with a HUD capable of projecting images onto the windscreen.

Then, while this guy was driving, they popped up a picture of Janet Jacksons performance at the superbowl and this video was the result.

:edit - Check out the "Driver Falls Asleep" footage. Its a AAA Emergency vehicle!

:edit again - "Car Hit From Side" - after the impact, the camera is trained on the sidestreet where the violator pulled out. There's a stop sign posted plain as day right there! And what's more, after the accident, a plain white panel truck drives right through the stop sign, too!
