I have been granted permission to post the PSA of Tour 48 by Eskimo.
Just randomly browsing the scores, I came across a few eye openers.... the final results are open to change as I don't feel like checking all 5000+ players :)
THE TOUR 48 PASTY SKIN AWARD GOES TO:
SKatter! with 287 hours, 38 minutes!
In 2nd Place:
USHWK1! with 252 hours, 27 minutes!
In 3rd Place:
SaDs! with 240 hours, 27 minutes!
Honorable Mention:
Birdo with 234 hours, 38 minutes!
Congratulations gentlemen! :D
Feel free to post your own findings for an update.

Whoops, found another contender:
Umbolo with 244 hrs 59 minutes!
That bumps him into 2nd place.

Can you imagine what the personality is like that comes with these people. They are probably the guys walking around on the street sayin "LOL" in regular conversation, assuming they even get on the streets. :D
-
Whats the all-time record?
-
I think last tour (47) was Storch... 314+ hours I believe.

Just to put this in perspective, this equals 11.98472 days. In otherwords, almost 12 straight days of Aces High!!!

I've pulled off some embarassing times in the MA also though, so I don't have room to talk. :D

This comment is so blatently blind its not even funny......
Made by SWAY I might add,

I spent last year at home with a back injury, couldnt hardly walk, certainly wasnt out crusing the malls..all I could do with my time was play AH. Many times I just left the game on when I had a nap or went AFK...to assume and insidiously accuse people of having no life or personality is simply....LOW
Maybe you might want to ask how these people have free time before flaming them.

Sorry, I don't see flames here. Off-the-cuff remarks, yes. Stereotypes, yes, but not flames.
Regardless, I don't thank any flames where meant.

Ok .... how is it you have so much free time to rack up a bazillion hours playing AH? Are you currently going through home-schooling or do you live in your mother's basement at the age of 50? ;)
:lol
How far is Calgary from Second City? I coulda swore some of yas had a sense of humor. :D

Octavius,
Nice job with the bold and colors!
Thanks for posting.
I nominate you to take over the Pasty Skin Award for good (or until you get sick of it).
And,
WTG Skatter!!!

AFK means nothing rocket scientist, you don't rack up time sitting in tower. And Im sure all of these lowlifes don't have back problems like yourself, so what was the point of your flame?
please share...
-
Its only a bit of fun, i dont see why you should take offence to it mr.wulf. I was in similar situation with AH and illness as you mentioned last year and i wouldnt have taken offence being mentioned in the pasty skin award because of it.
If we cant have a joke better rename the game NoFun High.

MrWulf,
You’re missing the point of the Pasty Skin Award.
This award is meant to help hundreds of AH junkies deal with their addictions by pointing out how much worse many others are. Think of all the complaining wives who are left speechless after viewing these results. Sure, they still think that their husbands are total losers for spending 20 to 100 hours a month playing “airplane”, but at least they no longer think that they married the single biggest geek in the world (that would be SKatter).
Even the single guys need this award. They can’t help but to think that they are wasting away the prime years of their lives playing a stupid computer game while their lifetime ambitions fade away. Seeing how much worse others are helps them come to terms… at least they have jobs!
Yes MrWulf, we need people like YOU to make us feel better about OURSELVES. :)

No Arlo..I own my own business, as well, at 35 yrs of age, I own my home mortgage free, can you say the same? I doubt it.:lol
But hey, good try at flaming me

I dont claim to be a rocket scientist, but I am intelligent enough to know the difference between good fun and flaming someone,
ie: your above comment about 'these lowlifes
Also, I didnt flame anyone, I said I thought it was of LOW moral character to make observations about someone without knowing all the facts.
At any rate, continue with your all knowing and very witty reparte, Ill just avoid this post.

And pay someone else to run it no doubt. :lol
Now ... did that one make you flinch too? ;)
C'mon! You wanna earn your own "pasty." Admit it. It's all in fun .. it's all about humor. Stop making yourself a target. Or don't. :aok
(p.s. I own my own business - though I also work for someone else ... and I own my home mortgage free too. But you're right ... I can no longer claim to be 35 years of age.)
Now suck it up and let a chuckle escape those clenched teeth. :rofl
-
Cheer up MrWolf, its really not that important. Just fun AH bs. :)

Almost worth voting for in anticipation of the skits it would produce for SNL and Mad TV during his term.
Almost ....
I'm still voting for Pat Paulson.
I wear a button that says, "Some Day."

Your wayyy off base...

Wow! I think the most time I've spent in a month is around 50 hours. These guys most likely aren't getting laid.
