Now british accent is ok, but France... Wow that explains a lot!!!  :D

In fact the stroke was not strong enought to make her speak her real native language : French.

To make it clearer :
American is batardized English is a batardized French

1st stroke made her switch to English
a 2nd stroke will make her switch to French

and I guess that a 3rd stroke will make her speak Croatian :p
