Title: Can anyone identify this game?
Post by: ravells on February 04, 2004, 08:06:51 AM
Someone was telling me about a computer game in which sensors plugged into your pc which were attached to the tips of your fingers.

These sensors would detect how relaxed you were.

The game would then assign you a number of tasks, such as shooting an arrow or flying a hot air balloon, but in order to complete the tasks sucessfully you have relax more.

Apparently it is only available to order on the web.

Does anyone know about this game, particularly what it's called and where I can find it?

Thanks in advance

Ravs.

The game was pulled off the market when it was discovered that it's actual intent was to get you to relax into an alpha state where it would procede to send subliminal messages in an attempt to get you to like Canadians.

Sounds more like a university psych experiment rather than something commercially viable.

I've found it.

Apparently this class of game is known as 'bio feedback' games.

It's called 'Wild Divine' looks really weird and funky. I've ordered one and am going to give it a try.

Probably end up as some sort of brainwashed zombie...or more of one.
