Maybe some of your friends or co-players near you with broadband could burn it to you in a CD-ROM and send it ?
At least thats how we handle big D/L's here.

When i used a 56K dialup connection I used a download manager called 'Getright' you can donload it free here (http://www.getright.com/) or get a similar product called 'Gozilla' here (http://www.gozilla.com/) Even now I have a cable modem I still use Getright as its handy to queue up downloads. If you've not seen or heard of either of these programs they let you queue downloads, resume them if you lose connection half way through, automatically dial your connection again and auto resume and even turn your PC off when your downloads are complete. I used to queue downloads through the evening and schedule Getright to start when I went to bed. They are easy to use and free to download, they take the headaches out of downloading large files such as AH and game demo's which seem to get bigger and bigger these days.
