LOL, any port in a storm! Who was it last week, Thud, Dean? ;)
Keep dreaming.
-
Nah, it was always Kerry. Never understood the high hopes everybody had for Dean. I must admit that if he hadn't entered that late I would consider Clark though.
Ah well, can't vote anyway, just hope...

You mean Rip's Governor? :D
-
Locke is useless--but you don't have to take my word for it. Here's what a few members of Locke's own political party (in case his party affiliation has slipped your mind, Locke's a Democrat) had to say about their governor.
"Gary Locke has presided over the dismantling of the state of Washington," said one legislator, who spoke to me on condition of anonymity. "I-200, I-695, all these other initiatives--he's watched the collapse of state government, and he has done very little to stop it."
^^^^ Pssst. The people have spoken. ;)
If you're suggesting a VP running mate...PLEASSSSE take Gary. :) It'd be a landslide for Bush. Lets just say that the dems haven't single-handedly destroyed this state, with Locke serving on the King county counsil and Gov'na.
-
Hey Rip I travel a lot on business and am certain to get out in your neck of the woods this year. Dinner is on me!
-
A running mate? LOL, I don't think so. Just pointing out that the man chosen by the majority of the people in your state to lead backs Kerry. By the same measure the "I'm above the law and better than you" Rick Perry will no doubt have a similar photo op with Dubya.
His Royal Sleaseness Rick Perry (http://www.texasmonthly.com/mag/issues/ 2000-10-01/feature15.php )

LOL rick perry is a joke

I think he favors herman over lurch...

I was pretty amazed Clark stepped all over his crank with golf shoes on.
I actually thought he'd run a pretty good campaign and maybe have a shot. But the continual reversals and the Michael Moore stuff made me wonder if he ever had his stuff together.
Kerry V Bush should be a good race. I think it'll be real close. Let's just ALL hope there's no more ballot fiascos.

The precendent has been set, and we're talking politicians.
Hope I'm wrong, but I sense there will never be another election without massive legal battles attached.
