Yes, I’m talking about the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show.
Yea.. Yea.. Yea.. I was about 6 years old however, with all my older sisters in the house, it was a memorable event in 1964.

I dont remember but I'm glad it happened....
My friends dad and I were talking one day, He's a Harmonica player and knows a Crapload about music. We were talking about the Beatles and he was telling me about the day Seargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Album was released. He was working in a Movie theater and a friend came buy and showed him the record through the window of where he was working.
He left his job to go listen to the album, (and prolly a few other things too;)) but when he returned his manager asked him where he had went. He replied that he went and listened to the new Beatles album and his manager replied "Oh Ok" and left him alone.
We kept talking about them and he asked me who my favorite beatle was. I told him it was George Harrison, and he walked over to his record collection and pulled out All things must pass, with all of the Album art and records in perfect condition and he told me to keep it!! It now sits in a Plastic Record Sleeve Box and all.

I remember it very well (I was 4) because my two older sisters (7 and 9) were caught up in the aura of it all. We watched the ESS together that night, a rare occurance as we did not usually watch much TV (homework, reading instead)
