Title: Reinstall of XP

HELP!

I had to reinstall my XP and now I'm having problems with the game.  

1.  I go to the shortcut just like always.
2.  It starts to open like usual, then only the metal rings from the clipboard show up.

What am I doing wrong?

reinstall video drivers and then Directx
