How long has it been since the last Aces High air race? Was it really ever an event? I think a new higher alt route on pizza map using some of those canyons would be fun. And in the P-40b's! :D

2-3 years.  And yes it was an event,  that ended after its 1st attempt.  It was in P-51's ;)

You can race tanks, pt boats, trucks, or any a/c. Set up a course and they'll show up. :D Keeping a course with lots of obstacles down to about 20 minutes works the best.:aok

You might be better off hosting a H2H for that, with squaddies.  You could even build your own map with canyons as high as you need.
