Title: Password Retrieval

How long does it typical take to get your password sent?  I've tried through the game and through the website and still have yet to receive my password.  My logon ID is CobraUSAF.  Thanks for your help in advance.

Is your email address up to date?  It usually comes within a few minutes, so could it have gone to an old email?

I think something is wrong on HTC's end.  Tried changing my email for my account information, and I have yet to recieve a new password.  This was done about a day or two ago.

Yeah I've only used  three email accounts since I started playing AH and I've sent emails back and forth to ensure they were working.  It should have gone to my verizon email but I have yet to receive anything.  I'm probably gonna get like 50 password emails now with as many times as I've hit resend password.  Driving me nuts cause it's the weekend and I've got time to play but can't.

It actually appears to have been a problem with our outbound mail server.  It has been corrected.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
All email should be delivered as requested now.

Cobra - if it's just a cast of a forgotten password rather than a reformat, you can find it in your HTC/AcesHigh/Settings folder, in login.cfg.  Open that with Notepad or similar.  Good Luck.  :)

Thanks for the quick reply Skuzzy.  Seems it's just taken awhile for it to kick out.  I just got a ummm few password reply emails now.  It was to my verizon account by the way.  Guess it was just taking awhile to get it back.  

I tried for the password resend almost 2 hours ago and just now got them.  But hey I got them and was one freaking number off from what I thought the pass word was. :D .  Thanks again everyone for the help.

Went crazy for a day, cussing about my email providers. :D
