Title: the 70's all over again!

rain..  streets are wet.   In the old days we had big block muscle cars with F70 14 bias ply tires on em... bang a shift into 4th on the freeway and the tires would let go..  A lot of muscle car folklore is tied to those tires...  even the first radials were hard as a rock and skinny.

now we got fat radials but we got  even more HP..  when things are a little wet you play 1970 and spin them fat dunlops on the freeway.   guy in the pickup next to me will probly embelish the story when he tells the story (and he will) to his buddies...

The present aint too bad... the future looks murky but I have faith the pendulum will swing the other way and the men will put down the remote controls.... get up on their hind legs and say... "enough is enough woman"
